About me

I am a BACP registered counsellor. When working not only do I use and incorporate various counselling techniques; I use a person-centred approach too. I have experience with autism through my previous work, family and friends. My experience has helped me help others on their journey.

I have worked in various settings such as schools both primary and secondary, medical practices and Cruse bereavement, all of which have given me a chance to adapt and improve my counselling techniques and abilities to best facilitate the different types of service users. I have experience in both children and adults with various bereavement and substance abuse issues, also I have adapted to offering couples therapy neurotypical and non-neurotypical.
